Position Overview

Gild Beauty Bar is seeking a skilled and client-focused Aesthetician to deliver exceptional skincare services in a polished, welcoming, and professional environment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skincare, confident in recommending treatments and homecare, and committed to providing an elevated guest experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare services, including facials, treatments, waxing, and other esthetic services offered by Gild Beauty Bar

• Conduct thoughtful client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments based on individual skin concerns and goals

• Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and product recommendations

• Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and supplies in a clean, sanitized, and organized manner

• Uphold all sanitation, safety, and licensing standards

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up care

• Support retail sales through genuine, education-based product recommendations

• Stay current on skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge

• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the standards and brand experience of Gild Beauty Bar

Qualifications

• Current California Esthetician license

• Experience in professional skincare services preferred

• Strong knowledge of skin health, product recommendations, and client consultation

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team

• Sales confidence and a service-first mindset
