Role Overview

The Esthetician at Gild Beauty Bar is responsible for delivering consistent, results-driven treatments while building a loyal client base. This role requires a balance of technical skill, client relationship building, and performance-driven mindset. This is a growth position for professionals who are ready to take ownership of their books, their performance, and their client outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

Client Experience & Service

  • Deliver customized treatments with confidence and consistency

  • Build long-term relationships rooted in trust and results

  • Educate clients on services, skincare, and memberships

  • Maintain detailed treatment records and client plans

Booking Platform & System Management

  • Maintain full proficiency in booking system usage

  • Manage schedule efficiency, rebooking, and client flow

  • Ensure accurate service timing and documentation

Operations & Daily Execution

  • Maintain treatment room standards and cleanliness

  • Execute services within appropriate timeframes

  • Uphold all safety and sanitation standards

Sales & KPI Accountability

  • Meet and exceed service revenue goals

  • Consistently convert memberships and retain clients

  • Drive retail sales of medical-grade skincare

  • Maintain strong rebooking rates

Training & Continued Education

  • Expand into advanced treatments and machines

  • Refine consultation and treatment planning skills

  • Participate in ongoing Gild training sessions

Community & Brand Engagement

  • Participate in events, workshops, and pop-upsQualifications

  • Contribute to building the Gild client community

Service Expectation

  • Customized facials and corrective treatments

  • Hydrafacial and machine-based services

  • Chemical peels and advanced skincare services

  • Lash, brow, and waxing services

  • Base Pay
