Position Overview

Gild Beauty Bar is seeking a polished, organized, and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential in creating a seamless and elevated client experience, from greeting guests and managing appointments to supporting daily operations with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments accurately

  • Check clients in and out while ensuring a smooth front desk experience

  • Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and assist clients with services, policies, and product questions

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and reception area

  • Process payments and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately

  • Assist with retail presentation and basic product guidance

  • Communicate clearly with service providers to support efficient guest flow

  • Help maintain inventory awareness and notify leadership of supply needs

  • Uphold the brand standards, professionalism, and client experience expectations of Gild Beauty Bar

Qualifications

  • Previous front desk, reception, salon, spa, or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Professional appearance and calm, polished demeanor

  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfort with booking software, point-of-sale systems, and general administrative tasks

  • Dependable, punctual, and service-oriented
