Position Overview

Gild Beauty Bar is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Junior Aesthetician who is eager to grow in the beauty industry while providing excellent client care. This role is ideal for a newly licensed or early-career esthetician who is passionate about skincare, values professionalism, and is excited to develop their technical skills in a supportive, high-standard environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide esthetic services within scope of training and experience

• Support client consultations by listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and helping guide clients toward appropriate services and products

• Maintain treatment rooms and common areas to Gild Beauty Bar standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation

• Assist with guest flow, room turnover, inventory support, and day-to-day spa readiness

• Learn and follow service protocols, client care standards, and brand expectations

• Build client relationships through excellent communication, warmth, and professionalism

• Participate in ongoing training and education to build service confidence and technical ability

• Support retail recommendations through honest, client-focused education

• Work collaboratively with the team to create an elevated client experience

Qualifications

• Current California Esthetician license

• Strong interest in skincare, beauty, and client service

• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Positive attitude and coachable mindset

• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail

• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace

• Previous spa, salon, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
